Orders within Dhaka City are typically delivered within 1–3 business days, with same-day delivery available depending on the time of your order. For locations outside Dhaka, delivery usually takes 2–5 business days, depending on your area. Please note that delivery times may vary slightly due to weekends, public holidays, or unavoidable delays such as bad weather.

Delivery charges are calculated based on
i) Delivery Location:
- Inside Dhaka: BDT 60/-
- Outside Dhaka: BDT 110/-
ii) Package Weight:
Final charges may be adjusted based on the packaged weight of your order

Our third-party delivery partner will notify you when your order is out for delivery and approaching your location.

Change of mind will not be accepted. If there's any problem with the product, you must open it in front of the delivery person. If you find any faulty, broken, or damaged product(s), you may return it immediately. Please note, if for any reason the product is returned, the delivery fee must be paid by you.
